Maintain updated teaching resources, including textbooks, workbooks, and digital materials, to support classroom instruction. Act as a mentor for lower-class students, offering guidance on Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Periodic Responsibilities
Prepare annual progress reports for students, highlighting their strengths and areas needing improvement in Hindi proficiency. Organize cultural events or workshops focused on Hindi literature, poetry recitals, or regional language festivals to enrich student experiences. Represent the school at local educational forums or language competitions, showcasing Hindi teaching excellence.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Hindi along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Minimum four years of teaching experience in Hindi at the secondary or higher secondary level is essential. Familiarity with the CBSE or West Bengal Board curriculum for Hindi is preferred. A valid TET/CTET certificate is a plus but not mandatory.
