Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Bengali with minimum 55% marks.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
4 years of full-time teaching experience in Bengali at secondary level.
Fluency in spoken and written Bengali and English.
Good to Have
TET/CTET certification in Bengali.
Experience in teaching in CBSE-affiliated schools.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms.
Previous exposure to curriculum development or textbook analysis.
Preferred Skills
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to engage students through storytelling and interactive methods.
Willingness to mentor students in literary and cultural activities.
