Prepare quarterly progress reports in Bengali and English for parents.
Organize cultural programs on Bengali literature and festivals.
Coordinate with subject teachers for cross-curricular Bengali projects.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure 100% attendance tracking.
Participate in staff meetings and school events as scheduled by Narayana School Kalimpong.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Bengali.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
Minimum four years of Bengali Teaching Job in Kalimpong or similar hill stations.
Good to Have
TET or CTET certification.
Experience with CISCE or CBSE curriculum schools.
Knowledge of spoken Nepali or Hindi for local student interactions.
