About This Role
Narayana School Barasat is seeking a Dance Teacher to fill a key role in our institution's administration. As a Dance Teacher, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our school's dance programs. Your primary focus will be on administrative and leadership responsibilities.
What You Will Do
1. Oversee the planning and execution of dance-related events and activities.
2. Manage the dance faculty and instructors, providing guidance and support as needed.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures for dance programs.
4. Collaborate with other departments to integrate dance programs into the school's curriculum.
5. Manage the dance budget and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with dance schools, institutions, and organizations in Kolkata.
7. Provide input on the development of the school's dance-related facilities and infrastructure.
8. Participate in school-wide events and activities, promoting the school's dance programs.
Required Qualifications
* B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. in relevant field (required)
* Post-graduate degree in dance or related field (desirable)
* 5+ years of experience in dance administration, management, or related field
* Familiarity with dance programs in Indian schools
