- Manage music equipment, instruments, and resources, maintaining their quality and ensuring accessibility.
- Plan and execute music workshops, competitions, and other extracurricular activities.
- Foster partnerships with local music institutions, schools, and organizations to enrich our music program.
- Develop a budget and manage music program expenses, ensuring responsible financial stewardship.
- Promote the school's music program through social media, press releases, and other marketing channels.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field.
- Post-graduate degree in Music or a related field is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in music education, event management, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good to Have:
- Certification in music education or a related field.
- Experience with music software, equipment, and technology.
