Role Summary
Narayana School Park Circus invites applications for the position of Guitarist for its vibrant music program. The selected candidate will lead instrumental music sessions, mentor students, and contribute to school events and competitions. Day-to-Day Duties
1. Conduct structured guitar practice sessions for students of Classes 6 to 12, aligning with the school’s music curriculum.
2. Prepare students for inter-school music competitions and annual school functions held at Narayana School Park Circus.
3. Maintain and organize the music room, ensuring all guitars, amplifiers, and accessories are in working condition.
4. Collaborate with the school’s arts and culture coordinator to plan and execute annual day programs and cultural events.
5. Provide individual guidance to students interested in learning advanced guitar techniques beyond the school syllabus.
6. Assist in recording student performances for school portfolios and promotional content.
7. Represent the school in external music events and festivals as required.
8. Prepare monthly progress reports on student performance and submit them to the school administration.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in Music (Guitar specialization) or equivalent from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a guitarist is required. Working knowledge of Hindi and English is essential. Basic computer skills are needed for lesson planning and report submission.
