Iem Public School | North Kolkata is looking for a dedicated Hindi teacher to join its Kankurgachi campus. The role is a full‑time NTT position with a focus on engaging students in Hindi language and literature.
Responsibilities
Teach Hindi to classes in accordance with the school curriculum, preparing lesson plans that promote language skills and cultural awareness.
Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes and class participation, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate Hindi lessons with interdisciplinary projects and school events.
Maintain accurate attendance records, grade books and report cards as required by school policy.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions and parent‑teacher interactions to support student learning.
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate degree with a minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory.
Strong command of Hindi language and teaching methodology.
Ability to create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
Compensation and Location
Salary range: Rs.14,000 – Rs.25,000 per month.
