Lead curriculum development for Hindi across the NTT section and mentor junior teachers in best practices for early language teaching. Collaborate with subject heads to integrate Hindi with other subjects through projects and celebrations.
Provide focused board exam coaching for Classes I and II, focusing on reading, writing, and basic grammar. Conduct regular assessments and maintain records of student progress in Hindi.
Organize Hindi Diwas events, cultural programs, and inter-house competitions to strengthen linguistic and cultural pride. Work closely with parents during PTMs to share student progress in Hindi.
Support the school library by curating age-appropriate Hindi storybooks and reading corners. Assist in organizing Hindi-related field trips and guest sessions with local writers.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline with Hindi as a subject or a degree in Hindi. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory for this NTT Hindi Teacher vacancy in Kolkata.
