- Manage classroom resources, including textbooks, specimens, and digital materials, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
- Encourage critical thinking and inquiry-based learning, fostering a classroom culture where students ask questions and explore scientific concepts independently.
- Assist in the preparation of annual reports and school publications that highlight student accomplishments in Botany and related fields.
- Stay informed about national and state educational policies, integrating new guidelines into teaching practices as required.
Qualification and Experience
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Botany or a related discipline and be qualified to teach at the PGT level. A minimum of three years’ teaching experience in a school setting is required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; TET/CTET is preferred but not compulsory. Candidates should demonstrate a strong grasp of Botany concepts and a passion for inspiring students.
Salary and Location
