The PGT Mathematics Teacher will design and deliver engaging curriculum aligned with national education standards, ensuring students grasp abstract theories through practical applications. Collaborate closely with the science faculty to integrate mathematical concepts into interdisciplinary projects, particularly in physics and chemistry. Regular assessment of student progress, adapting teaching strategies based on performance data, and maintaining detailed records of academic achievements are essential responsibilities.
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Mathematics with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification, along with at least four years of relevant teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level. Strong subject knowledge, particularly in calculus, algebra, and advanced geometry, is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this role, a teaching license will be highly valued. Experience in motivating students from diverse academic backgrounds is a plus.
