Your Students

What You Will Do
As a PGT Physical Education Teacher, you will be responsible for the following:

- Developing and maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment that promotes physical activity and well-being.
- Assessing student progress and providing feedback that encourages improvement.
- Collaborating with other teachers to develop a comprehensive curriculum that integrates physical education with other subjects.
- Providing guidance and support to students with special needs to ensure their inclusive participation in physical activities.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students during physical education activities.
- Maintaining records of student progress and providing regular reports to parents and guardians.
- Participating in staff meetings and professional development programs to stay updated with best practices in physical education.
- Developing and implementing a mentorship program to support students with special needs.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A post-graduate degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required for teaching positions.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
