Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the Political Science curriculum for classes IX-XII at The Bss School.
- Teach Political Science to classes IX-XII and engage students in meaningful learning experiences.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members in the Political Science department.
- Analyze and improve board results for Political Science subjects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians of students.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to decision-making processes at The Bss School.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive and well-rounded education for students.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Political Science education and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of student progress.
- Plan and implement co-curricular activities and projects that promote student engagement and learning.
Eligibility Criteria
- Hold a post-graduate degree in Political Science or a related field.
- Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- Have at least 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a NET or SET qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
