Requirements
Hold a postgraduate degree in Psychology with a minimum of five years of relevant teaching experience. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to ensure pedagogical readiness. While not mandatory, a TET/CTET certificate will be an advantage for formal school recruitment. Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to simplify complex psychological theories for students are essential. Experience in creating interactive learning materials and assessing psychological growth is highly valued.
