3. Recruit, train, and manage a team of physical education staff and instructors.
4. Plan and coordinate sports events, competitions, and festivals, ensuring their smooth execution and safety.
5. Collaborate with school administrators to integrate physical education into the overall curriculum and school life.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of physical education programs, making recommendations for improvement.
7. Develop and manage the school's physical education budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
8. Foster partnerships with local sports organizations and community groups to enhance the school's physical education programs.
Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidate should possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification and minimum 3 years of experience in physical education administration or management. Familiarity with school administration and management is highly desirable. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
The candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students and staff. Domain-specific skills in sports management, event planning, and team building are essential.
