Role Summary
We require a dedicated Pprt English Teacher for Narayana School Park Circus, located in the heart of Kolkata, West Bengal. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching English to students and have experience in creating engaging lesson plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver English lessons to students
- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a stimulating learning environment
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices
- Participate in school-wide events and activities
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree in English or related subject
- Valid TET/CTET certification (preferably)
- 3 years of teaching experience in English
- Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills
Good to Have
- Experience teaching English in a school setting
- Familiarity with curriculum design and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching English
- Ability to work with students of varying abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 - Rs.25,000 per month, along with other benefits as per school policy.
