4. Maintain discipline and safety protocols within the primary wing.
5. Oversee attendance records, leave management, and staff duty rosters.
6. Organize parent-teacher meetings and address parent concerns promptly.
7. Implement school policies and ensure compliance with regulatory norms.
8. Prepare monthly reports on academic progress and infrastructure updates.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation degree is mandatory. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required. Experience of at least 5 years in school administration is preferred. Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and school management software is necessary.
