Ruby Park Public School invites a dedicated PRT Dance Teacher to join its vibrant Kankurgachi campus, where creativity and discipline meet in every classroom. This full-time role focuses on nurturing students’ artistic expression through structured dance programs, ensuring both technical skill development and cultural awareness.
Teach fundamental dance techniques across various styles, including ballet, contemporary, and folk dances, aligning with school curriculum standards. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to students of different skill levels, fostering confidence and creativity. Participate in weekly rehearsals and performances, including school events and inter-school competitions, to showcase student progress.
Ensure proper classroom management, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all learners. Collaborate with the school’s arts coordinator to integrate dance into broader extracurricular activities. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and participation in dance-related programs.
Hold a graduate degree in any discipline, with a minimum of three years of teaching experience in dance or related arts. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is preferred. Experience in working with school-age children is essential.
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and performance. The role is based in Kankurgachi, Kolkata, and is full-time.
