Teaching Approach

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver daily PRT English lessons for grades 1 to 5, ensuring alignment with the school’s digital lesson plans and the West Bengal Board curriculum. Integrate smart board content, audio-visual clips, and online quizzes into every 40-minute session to keep students engaged.
Maintain Google Classroom streams for each section, uploading worksheets, audio stories, and reading logs every evening. Monitor submission rates and send gentle reminders to parents through the LMS messaging tool.
Conduct weekly blended revision sessions where students rotate between on-screen grammar games, offline story-telling circles, and peer editing on shared documents.
Create and archive digital portfolios of student writing samples each term, using the LMS portfolio feature for easy parent access during PTMs.
Run Saturday enrichment clubs—Spelling Bee Tech, Poetry Podcast, and Read-Aloud Café—using tablets and headsets provided by the school.
