Qualification and Experience
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with a strong foundation in Hindi. Possess a graduate degree in Hindi or a related discipline, ensuring fluency in both standard and regional Hindi dialects.
Two years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in Hindi or related subjects. Familiarity with CBSE or West Bengal Board curriculum guidelines is beneficial but not mandatory.
Compensation and Location
