Mark Hindi notebooks with clear, encouraging comments so parents see real improvement. Organise Hindi assemblies every Monday to showcase student recitations and skits. Coordinate with the art teacher to create Hindi alphabets on classroom walls. Attend weekly Hindi department meetings to share ideas and resources.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognised institution. Two years of full-time teaching experience in Hindi for Grades 1–5 preferred. TET/CTET certification is welcome but not mandatory.
Salary and Benefits
Rs.13,000 – Rs.25,000 per month based on experience and qualifications. Annual festival bonuses linked to Hindi day celebrations. Free school lunch on working days. Reimbursement for Hindi resource purchases up to Rs.1,500 per year.
