About This Role
Narayana School Barasat seeks a dynamic and experienced Tgt Headmistress to lead our school in Beleghata, Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth administration and providing strategic leadership.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Overseeing the overall functioning of the school, including staff management, student affairs, and facilities maintenance.
2. Coordinating with the Principal to implement school policies and initiatives.
3. Managing the school's budget and ensuring effective resource allocation.
4. Developing and maintaining relationships with parents, staff, and local authorities.
5. Coordinating school events, such as functions, festivals, and competitions.
6. Maintaining accurate records and reports on student performance, staff attendance, and school activities.
7. Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement curricular and extracurricular programs.
8. Addressing student grievances and concerns.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a post-graduate degree in any discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in school administration. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is not a mandatory requirement for this Tgt Headmistress role, but a Teaching Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certification is not necessary.
