TGT Bengali Teacher Position at Convent Of Our Lady Of Providence Girls High School
We seek a dedicated TGT Bengali Teacher to join the faculty at Convent Of Our Lady Of Providence Girls High School in Kankurgachi, Kolkata. This role focuses on delivering high-quality language instruction in Bengali to students from Class IX to XII, ensuring alignment with the CBSE curriculum. The teacher will engage students through interactive lessons, fostering strong foundational and advanced language skills in reading, writing, grammar, and literature.
The successful candidate will prepare comprehensive lesson plans that incorporate modern teaching methodologies, including the use of audio-visual aids and digital resources where applicable. Daily classroom management will involve creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment, ensuring active participation and academic excellence among students. Regular assessment and feedback will be conducted to track progress and reinforce learning outcomes in Bengali.
For this position, a graduate with a postgraduate degree in Bengali or a related discipline is required. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, along with a valid TET or CTET certificate. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of teaching experience in Bengali, preferably at the high school level. The salary for this full-time position is Rs.28,000 to Rs.45,000 per month.
