Teaching Hindi to class VIII and IX students, preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging lessons, and guiding students through language exercises.
Scope of the role
The teacher handles the Hindi curriculum for middle school students, ensuring that learning objectives are met across all units. The role includes classroom management, resource preparation, and collaboration with fellow teachers to align teaching strategies.
Core academic duties
Prepare and deliver daily lessons in Hindi, covering literature, grammar, and composition. Facilitate interactive activities that promote reading comprehension and oral expression. Provide timely feedback on student work and support individual learning needs.
Assessment and planning duties
Design formative assessments such as quizzes, oral tests, and written assignments to gauge student progress. Compile monthly reports on student performance and adjust instruction accordingly. Participate in curriculum review meetings to update teaching materials.
Qualification and experience
Post‑graduate degree in Hindi or related field required. Minimum of three years’ teaching experience in a school setting. B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory.
