Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive Hindi curriculum for The Bss School.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence, encouraging students to excel in Hindi language and literature.
- Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote Hindi language and culture.
- Analyze and interpret board results to identify areas of strength and weakness, informing departmental planning and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular department meetings to discuss curriculum development, assessment strategies, and staff development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Hindi language and literature, incorporating best practices into curriculum design and teaching methodologies.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and engaging them in departmental activities.
- Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to Hindi language and culture.
Eligibility Criteria
- A postgraduate degree in Hindi with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with a strong track record of academic excellence.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a NET or SET certification in Hindi.
