Design and implement engaging Physical Education (PE) lessons aligned with the West Bengal curriculum, ensuring students develop fundamental sports skills, teamwork, and discipline. Conduct regular drills, games, and outdoor activities tailored to different age groups, fostering a healthy and competitive spirit. Monitor student performance, provide constructive feedback, and encourage participation in school-level sports events. Collaborate with the PE department to organize inter-house competitions, tournaments, and fitness camps, promoting holistic growth. To qualify, candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least four years of teaching experience in Physical Education. A strong background in sports science or related fields is advantageous. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, prior experience in coaching or sports administration will be highly valued. Ensure familiarity with school policies on student discipline and curriculum implementation.
