Beyond teaching, the teacher will participate in school events, including cultural fests, debates, and guest lectures, to enhance students’ engagement with social issues. Regular assessment and feedback will be conducted to track progress, with adjustments made to teaching methods as needed. The ideal candidate will also assist in organizing field trips, workshops, and guest speaker programs to bring real-world relevance to social science lessons.
The successful candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in Social Science with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Three years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
