About This Role

Classroom Profile
You will be teaching Physics to students from Class 6 to Class 12, using a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities. Our students come from diverse backgrounds, and you will need to be sensitive to their needs and tailor your teaching approach accordingly.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Conduct regular Physics classes for students, preparing and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Assign homework and projects to students, providing constructive feedback on their work.
- Conduct unit tests and exams, marking and providing feedback on student performance.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement the school's curriculum.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and provide support.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies.
- Take responsibility for the overall management of the Physics laboratory and equipment.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, such as quizzes and science fairs.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you will need to have a post-graduate degree in Physics, along with a B.Ed./D.El.Ed. qualification. TET/CTET certification is desirable but not essential. You must have at least 2 years of experience in teaching Physics at a school level.
