Naba Prabha Shishu Angan in Malda is looking for a dedicated Mtt English Teacher to join its early childhood education program. The role focuses on engaging young learners with age-appropriate English language skills, fostering creativity and confidence through interactive teaching methods.
Teach English language and literature to students aged 3 to 6 years, ensuring a balanced blend of speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum while adapting to the diverse learning needs of the children. Use storytelling, games, and multimedia to make lessons engaging and effective.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to participate actively. Monitor students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills. Collaborate with other teachers and educational staff to ensure cohesive teaching strategies and support the holistic development of the students.
Hold a graduate degree in English or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. At least two years of teaching experience in a similar early childhood or primary school setting is required.
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 17,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The position is full-time and based in Malda, West Bengal.
