Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement Chemistry curriculum for classes 11 and 12
- Mentor and guide junior teachers in Chemistry department
- Prepare and conduct Chemistry board exams
- Oversee Chemistry lab practicals and experiments
- Conduct regular progress meetings with teachers and students
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure holistic education
- Develop and maintain Chemistry library and resources
- Conduct research and stay updated with latest developments in Chemistry
- Participate in school events and activities related to Chemistry
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.) with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized university
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in Chemistry
- NET or SET in Chemistry (preferably) or a relevant area
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with West Bengal education system and syllabus
