Job Overview
As a PGT Mathematics Teacher at Tarbiyah Public School West Bengal, you will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to students. With a passion for the subject and a strong academic background, you will create engaging lesson plans and deliver high-quality instruction to students.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons to students of classes VIII to XII
- Prepare and administer Mathematics tests and assessments
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and instructional materials
- Provide additional support to students who require extra help
- Participate in school events and activities
- Monitor and maintain classroom discipline
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
- Stay up-to-date with developments in Mathematics education
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Mathematics or relevant field
- TET or CTET certification is preferred
- 4 years of experience in teaching Mathematics
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics concepts and skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
