PGT Zoology Teacher Position at Gayeshbari Bright Institute in Malda

Core Responsibilities
Teach advanced zoology courses, covering topics like animal biology, classification, and ecology, ensuring alignment with school curriculum standards. Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, practical demonstrations, and interactive sessions to enhance student learning. Assess students through written exams, projects, and practical evaluations to measure understanding and progress.
Additional Duties
Support the school’s extracurricular programs by organizing science-related workshops or competitions. Collaborate with other subject teachers to design interdisciplinary projects or field trips. Maintain updated laboratory resources and ensure safe, well-organized practical sessions. Assist in preparing syllabi, lesson plans, and teaching aids tailored to modern educational trends.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Zoology or a related field with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Minimum two years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level preferred. Familiarity with state-level teaching certification (TET/CTET) is beneficial but not mandatory.
Compensation
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.37,000 to Rs.60,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is full-time, offering a supportive environment to grow professionally within Gayeshbari Bright Institute.
