- Assess daily classwork and provide immediate feedback to support student progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity.
Regular Responsibilities across the Academic Cycle
- Plan and prepare weekly lesson plans, incorporating multimedia resources and local examples relevant to Malda.
- Conduct periodic quizzes and practical assignments to evaluate understanding of core concepts.
- Participate in faculty meetings and share best practices for integrating technology in teaching.
- Coordinate with senior teachers to organize inter‑class computer fairs and showcase student projects.
Periodic Responsibilities
- Prepare termly progress reports and communicate student performance to parents during meetings.
- Assist in organizing annual school computer exhibitions and competitions that involve the wider community.
- Update curriculum resources and suggest new tools or software for the school’s computer lab.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate with B.Ed or D.El.Ed in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in primary computer science.
- TET/CTET qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of basic computer operations, internet safety, and introductory programming languages.
Salary and Location
- Salary: Rs.18,000 - Rs.30,000 per month.
