3. Assess students’ progress through continuous evaluation, including oral presentations, writing tasks, and speaking competitions.
4. Foster a positive classroom environment by encouraging participation, respect, and cultural awareness among students.
5. Collaborate with the school management to integrate English teaching with extracurricular activities like debates, elocution, and quiz competitions.
6. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and participation in school databases.
7. Prepare and distribute study materials, including worksheets, flashcards, and digital resources for classroom use.
8. Participate in school events, including parent-teacher meetings, cultural fests, and inter-house competitions.
9. Ensure compliance with school policies regarding discipline, attendance, and academic standards.
10. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs, including students with special requirements.
