PGT Accountancy Teacher Job in Murshidabad, West Bengal
A M Abasik Mission | Murshidabad is looking for a full‑time PGT Accountancy Teacher to join its faculty in Murshidabad, West Bengal. The role involves delivering Accountancy classes to higher secondary students and contributing to the school’s academic excellence.
Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Accountancy lessons in accordance with the West Bengal Board curriculum. Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Mentor students for board examinations and assist them in developing analytical and problem‑solving skills. Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development and co‑curricular activities. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and lesson plans. Support school events, parent‑teacher interactions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
Post‑graduate degree in Commerce, Accountancy or related field along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared TET/CTET examinations.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience at the PGT level in a recognized school. Proven track record of improving student outcomes in Accountancy and handling senior secondary classes.
Salary and employment type
Monthly salary ranging from Rs.40,000 to Rs.50,000. The position is a full‑time appointment with standard school benefits.
