3. Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, unit tests, and project-based assessments to evaluate student progress.
4. Maintain a structured classroom environment that promotes active participation, critical thinking, and cultural awareness.

6. Attend departmental meetings and school-wide events to represent the subject effectively, including cultural festivals and literary competitions.

8. Ensure adherence to school policies on attendance, punctuality, and ethical teaching practices.
A postgraduate degree in English or related discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this role. Candidates with at least two years of teaching experience in English at the secondary level are preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage.
