We require an experienced and skilled PGT Geography Teacher to lead our Geography department at Narayana School Berhampore. What You Will Do
* Develop and implement Geography curriculum for classes VI to XII
* Teach Geography to classes VI to XII and conduct regular assessments
* Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance for their professional growth
* Analyze student performance and board results to identify areas of improvement
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities
* Plan and conduct field trips and excursions to enhance student learning
* Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a conducive learning environment
* Participate in school events and activities related to Geography
* Develop and maintain relationships with parents and the community
* Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures
Eligibility Criteria
* Postgraduate degree in Geography (M.A./M.Sc.)
* B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
* Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a school
* NET or SET qualification is preferred
* Strong understanding of Geography curriculum and pedagogy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
