PGT Mathematics Teacher Position at Netaji Subhash Public School, Murshidabad
Teaching senior secondary-level mathematics with a focus on class 11 and 12 syllabus as per CBSE guidelines. Prepare and deliver structured lessons, ensuring clarity on algebraic concepts, trigonometry, calculus, and coordinate geometry.
Assess student performance through written exams, practical tests, and continuous evaluation using standardized grading systems. Maintain records of student progress and identify areas requiring additional support.
Develop and update teaching resources such as worksheets, revision notes, and interactive slides to enhance engagement. Collaborate with the school’s curriculum team to align mathematics content with broader academic goals.
Supervise laboratory sessions for geometry and calculus experiments where applicable. Ensure compliance with school policies on attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct in the classroom.
Facilitate extracurricular activities like math clubs or competitions to foster problem-solving skills. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment and assist in administrative tasks related to student records and attendance.
The role requires a strong foundation in postgraduate mathematics with at least two years of relevant teaching experience.
