Qualification and Experience
A postgraduate degree in Psychology with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this position. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in teaching psychology at the high school or senior secondary level, preferably in a school setting, is required. Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for psychology education will be highly valued.
Salary and Terms
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.40,000 to Rs.70,000 per month, along with full-time employment at Narayana School in Jiaganj, Murshidabad.
