Assist in organizing school events by preparing welcome kits and managing seating arrangements.
Distribute circulars, notices, and official communications to the right departments.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, presentable, and stocked with essential supplies.
Report daily attendance of staff and visitors to the administration for records.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a front-office or reception role in a school or similar institution.
Familiarity with basic computer operations and MS Office tools.
Knowledge of local languages including Bengali and English is essential.
Prior experience in a Murshidabad-based school is preferred.
