Qualification
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as per the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) guidelines. Possess a postgraduate degree in English or a related field to strengthen teaching expertise. A TET or CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Experience
Minimum two years of teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level is essential. Experience in teaching English to students aged 11 to 18 years is highly valued. Familiarity with CBSE or West Bengal Board syllabi is beneficial for seamless curriculum integration.
Salary and Employment Type
