Day-to-Day Duties
- Coordinate school music events and festivals.
- Recruit and train music staff and volunteers.
- Develop and implement music curriculum and lesson plans.
- Maintain music equipment and instruments.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate music into school activities.
- Evaluate and improve the music program.
- Manage music budgets and resources.
- Supervise music classes and rehearsals.
- Represent the school in music-related events and competitions.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Graduate degree in Music or relevant field.
- 3 years of experience as a Guitarist in a school or similar setting.
- Basic knowledge of music theory and pedagogy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
- Experience with music program management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of Indian classical music and various musical instruments.
