Eligibility Criteria
A graduate with a Bachelor's degree in English or related field is required
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed certificate is necessary for teaching positions
A TET or CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory

Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
Strong organizational and time management skills
