Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification mandatory. Minimum 4 years of experience in school administration or senior academic leadership. Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems is essential.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership in managing senior secondary timetables and examination schedules. Experience in budget tracking for academic resources and infrastructure maintenance. Familiarity with CBSE norms and West Bengal board alignment preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali for parent and community interactions.
