Role Summary
As a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Biology at Narayana School Kalyani, you will be an integral part of our academic team, teaching and mentoring students to achieve academic excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Biology curriculum for students from Class XI to Class XII
- Coach and guide students to excel in Biology board exams
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans, ensuring effective teaching-learning outcomes
- Maintain records of student performance and provide feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with other subject teachers to ensure a holistic learning experience
- Organize Biology-related extra-curricular activities and workshops to foster student interest
- Participate in school-level curriculum development and policy-making
- Provide guidance to non-teaching staff on Biology-related matters
- Represent the school in Biology-related events and competitions
Eligibility Criteria
- Post-graduate degree in Biology (M.Sc.) or relevant field
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
- TET or CTET certification preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong academic background and teaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
