Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging chemistry lessons to classes 10 and 12, ensuring alignment with the state curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, laboratory instructions, and assessment materials that promote conceptual understanding.
- Conduct practical sessions, maintaining safety protocols and lab equipment.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and lab reports, providing constructive feedback.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development and school events.
Eligibility
- Post‑graduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc., M.A., or equivalent).
- Minimum of three years teaching experience at the secondary level.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification; TET/CTET certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of Bengali is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support school initiatives.
