Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Economics or a related field. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching positions; TET/CTET preferred but not compulsory. Ability to demonstrate a strong grasp of economic theories, quantitative skills, and contemporary economic issues relevant to the Indian context.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level. Proven track record of improving student performance in economics examinations. Experience in using educational technology and interactive teaching methods is an advantage.
Salary
Rs.42,000 – Rs.70,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
