Required Qualifications

- B.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Classes 11-12 physics.
- Experience with CBSE curriculum and exam patterns.
- Fluency in English and Bengali for effective communication.
Good to Have
- D.El.Ed or equivalent for better pedagogy skills.
- TET/CTET certification.
