4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide Mathematics initiatives, such as competitions and events.
5. Provide guidance and support to students who require additional Mathematics tuition, both in and out of class.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with Mathematics experts and institutions in West Bengal to stay updated on best practices and new developments.
7. Play a key role in the development and implementation of Mathematics education policy at Narayana School Kalyani.
8. Participate in the school's appraisal system, providing constructive feedback to colleagues and contributing to the overall development of the school community.
9. Maintain accurate records of Mathematics student performance, progress, and achievement, as required by the school and the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong academic background, with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a secondary school setting, is required. A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is essential, and a TET or CTET certification is preferred.
