Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sports Teacher to join Narayana School Ranaghat in Ranaghat I, Nadia, West Bengal as part of our Sports Teacher Recruitment in West Bengal. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for promoting sports and physical education at our school.
What You Will Do
1. Develop and implement sports programs for students, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
2. Organize and supervise sports events, tournaments, and competitions within and outside the school.
3. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote a culture of sports and physical education at Narayana School Ranaghat.
4. Maintain a high level of sports equipment, facilities, and infrastructure at the school.
5. Plan and execute sports-related activities, workshops, and camps for students and staff.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sports programs and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with local sports clubs, organizations, and schools to promote sports and exchange programs.
8. Assist in the administration of sports-related tasks, such as scheduling, logistics, and communication.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sports administration, a graduate degree from a recognized university, and a strong educational background in sports management, physical education, or a related field. You must also have a valid D.El.Ed or B.Ed degree and a TET or CTET certification would be an added advantage. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, is essential.
