How You Will Teach

Day-to-Day Duties
Conduct morning PT sessions for students in grades 6 to 10 at Susmita Memorial Heritage Academy.
Organize and coach school teams for inter-school tournaments in football, cricket, and athletics.
Assess student fitness levels through simple tests and maintain individual progress records.
Arrange annual sports day events including drills, races, and team competitions.
Oversee the use and upkeep of sports equipment and report maintenance needs.
Collaborate with subject teachers to integrate physical activity into daily routines.
Monitor student participation and encourage students with varying abilities to engage.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all sports and fitness activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or M.P.Ed from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with specialization in Physical Education.
Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in Physical Education at the school level.
Preference will be given to candidates familiar with CBSE curriculum and local sports culture in West Bengal.
